An expert in fundamentals analysis of enterprises, strategy execution, and portfolio creation and management, with over a decade of experience in the capital market.

In PFR TFI since 2018, where he successfully prepared and executed investments as part of the first Private Equity fund of funds in Poland. He was a member of the implementation committee for the of Employee Capital Plans in the Polish Development Fund Group, and played a vital role in setting up and executing investment processes for PFR PPK SFIO. The PFR PPK SFIO fund, co-managed by him, twice led the ECPs funds rankings and was awarded the "Bulls and Bears" award by the "Parkiet" newspaper in 2021. Currently, he is responsible for selected investments of the PFR fund portfolio, represents the Fund in portfolio company bodies, executes transactions and investment processes. Member of the investment committees at PFR TFI.

He gained his market experience while working for EY, Santander AM, BPH TFI. A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań with a degree in Finance and Banking. In 2013, he obtained the CFA charter.
