About the Fund:

The fund supports the development of low- and zero-emission solutions in manufacturing, services as well as research and development activities (R&D).

What is the essential objective of the fund?

The fund's investment objective is to make direct and indirect investments in companies and provide debt financing for the development of industries in Poland for low- and zero-emission solutions for sustainable mobility and energy, including:

industrial installations geared towards the production of equipment for the construction of zero-emission means of transportation (vehicles powered by electricity, hydrogen or other renewable sources)

industrial installations geared towards the production of parts for these vehicles

industrial installations and innovative solutions aimed at the production of zero-emission energy sources (e.g. RES) and energy storage devices (e.g. batteries) and components for the above products

research and innovation processes, technology transfer and business-to-business cooperation focusing on the low-carbon economy, resilience and climate change adaptation

SFDR Classification

The fund is classified as an Article 6 fund under the EU Sustainable Funding Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), which means that sustainability risk is taken into account in the investment decision-making process.

Sustainability risk in the SFDR is defined as: an environmental, social, or governance event, or condition that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or a potential material negative impact on the value of the investment arising from an adverse sustainability impact.
